The voice workout log for Claude

Log workouts by just talking to Claude.

Between sets, tell Claude what you did: “three sets of 10 on bench at 150.” Tally Up logs it, reads it back, and keeps the tally. Review your history and chart your progress on the web.

Free, with no ads. Signing in creates your account.

Example: you say “three sets of ten on bench at one-fifty” in Claude’s voice mode, Claude confirms it logged Bench Press, 3 sets of 10 reps at 150 lb, and the set appears on your bench press chart.

Log workouts with Claude in three steps

Tally Up is an MCP fitness tracker: it plugs into Claude as a connector, so Claude can log to your account and look up your history when you ask.

  1. Step 1: Sign in with Google

Signing in creates your account. There’s no password and nothing to set up.

  2. Step 2: Add the connector to Claude

Paste one URL into Claude’s connector settings and approve access. It takes about a minute.

  3. Step 3: Say what you did

Typed or out loud in voice mode, mid-workout. Claude logs it and reads it back.

Step-by-step instructions are on the Connect to Claude guide.

A Claude workout tracker that stays out of your way

Talk while you train, then sit down later with the whole picture.

Voice logging

An AI workout logger for strength, bodyweight moves, timed holds and cardio, one exercise at a time. Claude reads back exactly what it logged so you can catch a misheard number, and “scratch that” undoes it.

  • Logged Squat: 5, 5 and 3 reps at 225 lb.
  • Logged Plank: 3 × 60 seconds.
  • Logged Treadmill: 30 min, 2.5 mi at 3% incline.

History

Every set on the record, as a list or a calendar. Filter by exercise, muscle group or type, and fix or delete anything, with undo.

The chart builder

Chart any metric over any period and filter it any way you like. Put two measures on their own axes, like weekly treadmill miles against your average bodyweight. Add trend lines, moving averages and a comparison with the previous period, then save the chart.

Sample data: treadmill miles (bars, left axis) vs. weekly average bodyweight (line, right axis).

Bodyweight tracking

Say “I weighed 182 this morning” and it’s logged. See the trend, your weekly average and how it’s changed week to week.

Questions

What can Claude do once I connect Tally Up?

Adding Tally Up as a connector lets Claude use a small set of Tally Up tools for you: log an exercise or your bodyweight, fix or delete an entry, and look up your history. Claude only reaches your own account, and only after you sign in and approve access. You can disconnect it at any time from Settings → Connected apps.

How should I say weights?

Say the total weight of one lift. For a barbell, that’s the bar plus plates; for a plate-loaded machine, everything on it; for dumbbells, the weight of one dumbbell. Weights use the unit in your settings (pounds or kilograms) unless you say “kilos” or “pounds”.

Do I have to use Claude?

No. The web app has full logging forms, so you can log, edit and chart everything without Claude. The connector is there for when talking is easier than typing, like between sets.

What happens to my data?

Tally Up stores your name, your email, the account ID from your sign-in provider, and the workouts and bodyweight you log. Your data is private to your account. It isn’t sold, shared or used for advertising. Your conversations with Claude are covered by Anthropic’s own privacy terms.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. Tally Up is free, with no paid tier and no ads.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Settings → Your data downloads everything as CSV files or a single JSON file. Deleting your account permanently removes your account and every workout, bodyweight log, custom exercise and saved chart with it, and disconnects Claude.

Your next set is the first entry.
